Located in Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah, we hand roast small batches of consciously sourced specialty coffee. Our Head Roaster profiles our beans to bring out the best flavor. Coffee is complex and requires a detailed understanding of each unique characteristic. Different locations, elevations, density, processing, and many other factors most people don't even think about determine how to roast your beans for optimum flavor. From farm to cup, we aim to make a difference.
